The Story Behind HBH

After completing an apprenticeship in Plumbing and Heating, Andrew Hammond served in the British Army as a Royal Engineer’s Air Assault. After leaving, Andrew set out on his journey in the plumbing and heating industry. From repairing small leaks and carrying out boiler services to complete bathroom refurbishments and fitting complete heating systems, Andrew quickly discovered his success.

Andrew and his team work closely with Estimators, Architects, Engineers, Plumbers and Electricians and much more - giving clients the peace of mind that all their services can be handled with the right care, and all under one roof. Andrew will meet with you on site, offer advice, and help you plan your perfect home. You will feel completely at ease from start to finish, ensuring budgets are met and projects are completed on time.

Meet Andrew

Having previously worked in the Accounting and Finance industry, Chantelle has exceptional organisation skills and understands the importance of 'behind the scenes'. Chantelle is office based, and deals with the day to day running of the company - from managing databases, arranging meetings, issuing quotes and invoices to monthly reporting and year end accounting.

Chantelle will be one of your initial contacts and will stay in touch throughout your project (and after) offering additional support as and when needed.

How HBH was formed

In 2012, Andrew founded HBH, initially known as Hammonds Bathroom & Heating.

After seven successful years operating as an LLP, the company decided to register as an LTD in 2018, incorporating plumbing services and becoming 'Hammonds Bathroom Heating and Plumbing.'

However, two years later, it became clear that the company name no longer fully represented their expanded services. While HBH continued to specialize in heating and plumbing, they found that their refurbishment and remodeling projects extended beyond bathrooms to other areas of the home.

Driven by this evolution, Andrew and his dedicated team have successfully executed a wide array of projects across the construction industry over the last few years. This growth has fueled their excitement, and they are now thrilled to relaunch HBH, reflecting their broader capabilities and future aspirations.
